Wellbeing fitness classes provide a structured, progressive, instructor-guided exercise opportunity with added social support to keep you extra motivated to reach your goals! Live classes are available in our Pullman, and Lewiston facilities, with live-stream and pre-recorded options available for employees around the world. Whether you're tuning in from a conference room during your lunch break, a hotel during work-related travel, or the comfort of your own home, we'd love to have you join our community. 

Classes are available free of charge for SEL Employees and their family members. You must be a Wellbeing Center member, and have an active Key Fob to participate in live offerings.

Bootcamp

Ready to bring some excitement to your exercise routine? These high intensity, large group sessions are anything but boring! Your instructor will utilize traditional strength training, games, partner work, cardio equipment, outdoor activities, and more to keep your body guessing, and your boredom at bay. Build strength and aerobic capacity, find fitness friends, and most of all, have fun with Bootcamp!

BUILD Light

BUILD your muscles, your endurance, and your confidence with this energetic class!! BUILD’s total-body workouts utilize cardio and light to moderate weights, with high repetitions to torch calories, as well as strengthen and tone all major muscle groups.

BUILD

BUILD your muscles, your endurance, and your confidence with this powerhouse of a class!! BUILD’s full-body workouts utilize light to heavy weights, with low to high repetitions to blast your muscles, as well as offers a solid team environment to get you through these high level workouts.

Gym & Movement Basics

This class was created out of a noticed need for movement education by SEL Physical Therapy and SEL Wellbeing. This class specifically delves into movement education and screening to help develop correct movement patterns for individuals who are new to movement, familiar with movement, as well as patrons who would be considered movement veterans. Gym & Movement basics is a highly encouraged class for all active and non-active individuals to take.

HIIT IT!

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is designed to work the entire body in short, intense blasts of exercise to maximize fat burn and save you from spending hours in the gym.

Intro to Strength Training

This course is geared towards individuals who want to obtain a deeper level of understanding about strength and conditioning as well as introduce those who are new to exercise. Throughout this two-stage course we will cover optimal movement methods and basic strength and conditioning principles as well as proper use of gym equipment and more complex lifting techniques.

Mobilize

Become better at the movements you do everyday! This class will focus on improving movement quality, and overall mobility. Each class will include flexibility work, and basic exercises to help you address any imbalances in the body, leading to improved posture, better exercise form and decrease risk of injury.

Ohm Yoga

Bring calm to your mind and strength to your body with Wellbeing Yoga! This class consists of long-held poses to cultivate flexibility and mindfulness, followed by a short Vinyasa flow to build strength and balance in the body. Forge a better relationship between your body and mind, while reaping other benefits such as increased mental clarity, higher confidence, and better sleep quality.

Power Yoga

This class draws inspiration from a traditional Vinyasa flow, but moves faster through sequences to keep your heart rate elevated, and your muscles engaged. Increase your strength, energy, and flexibility and end class with an rejuvenate meditation to boost willpower, and decrease stress.

TABATA will push you to your limits with a workout designed to work the entire body in short blasts of activity followed by short rest periods. 20 sec on 10 sec off.

Join Variety for a lunch time pick-me-up! This class will be a combination of strength, cardio, and mobility for a balanced exercise session that will power you through the rest of the day. Every class will be different so you never get bored!

ZUMBA!

Lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high -energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be increasing your cardiovascular fitness and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
