From intentional exercise, sports and outdoor activities, to chores and family playtime – track your activities from November 15 - 21 to boost your energy and earn points for this Global wellness challenge!
HOW IT WORKS
For the first time ever you can register as a team or an individual to track your active minutes, climb the competition leaderboard, and contribute to our company total as we come together to charge SEL’s collective “battery”.
From time spent in the gym, to dance parties with your family - all intentional movement that can be tracked in minutes will count!
