Do you need a fast reset?
It only takes one minute to completely refresh your brain, reduce your stress, and increase your focus. After selecting a video, put away all distractions and allow yourself to completely relax. Focus on breathing in and out slowly as the video plays. Let go of any thoughts entering your mind, always bringing your attention back to your breathing.
