Private Groups + Clubs

A more intimate community experience

To help create additional safety for groups that deal with sensitive topics and information, some of our Community sub-channels are set to private. In this case, a formal invite from the Group Administrator is required in order to join. Note that you must be a member of the larger Community Group to be added to a private sub-channel. 

Review our list of private groups below, and complete an invitation request form to join today! Once we receive your application, you will be invited to join both the main channel and the sub-group. 

Grief Support

When you're grieving the loss of a loved one it's easy to feel isolated and confused. Led by Mental Health Counselor Karin Fiscaletti and experienced facilitator, Mandy Fowler, SEL's Grief Support group is a place to connect with others who are experiencing a similar depth of pain, and work through the process of healing within a supportive community.

The eight-week Fall session of Grief Support will kick off with our first virtual meeting on Tuesday, October 19th at 3:30 PM PST. Meetings will occur weekly, and run for approximately 90 minutes to allow for a brief education component, and sharing time that will accommodate all members.

Meetings will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, and are open to all SEL employees and their family members. Upon receipt of registration you will be invited to the weekly meeting, as well as our private sub-channel - hosted within Wellbeing's 'Community Support' group. Our facilitators will send additional information closer to the session's start date. 

Note that group discussions are fully private and will not be recorded by facilitators or disclosed by participants per group guidelines. 

Bariatric Surgery Support

No matter what weight loss surgery you have had or are contemplating we are here for you. There are numerous feelings that surround bariatric surgery from the physical to emotional feelings. We want to support you and hear you before and after surgery!
