Since starting at SEL in October 2011, Shea has served the HR team in several capacities. After two years of managing our employee population’s medical leave, she decided to pursue her true passion of health and wellness and help employees avoid some of the unfortunate medical situations that result in such absences. Shea enjoys serving SEL’s internal community and helping people achieve better self-worth through improved health and wellness. She has a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Washington State University and is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM.

Luke received his B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on preventative care and movement from Washington State University in Spring 2018 and is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM. Luke is passionate about helping people gain control over their personal health and wellbeing by equipping them with the tools and skills to positively impact their life. Luke’s professional passions are wide ranging, including: safe and effective weight training, regaining and improving mobility and balance, helping others develop a positive self-image and self-talk, and helping people to better understand how nutrition and fitness relate to their goals.

Dalton has a B.S in Athletic Training from Western Carolina University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Athletic Training from the University of Idaho. Dalton has previous experience working in athletics to help athletes achieve the top level of success. Dalton has become a member of the SEL family to fulfill his goal of spreading health and wellness into the corporate setting. He is eager to help people realize their goals through mindfulness, nutrition, and fitness. Dalton enjoys assisting others in life to understand how balance plays a key role in achieving goals.
